Having remodeled during the ’10s, 2014 for us, we have fixtures of that time including a Panasonic FV-08VQL6 via Ferguson. The unit’s light has lasted until this spring of 2026. Not bad, however now I’m tossed in the gambit of seemingly nearly planned obsolesce as the bulbs have a very specific shape making it difficult to replace unless you get the specific discontinued Maxlite bulb. It has a “tapered ballast”.
You can mangle your mounting piece and try to get another GU24 13W bulb in there. Another route is trying to replace the Grille Unit, FFV3420065S, which according to this Bulletin LED Lamp Discontinued VER 3 Oct.02 Notice found on encompass.com you can replace the Gille Unit with part FFV0511VQL1AA however the lumens on that appears to be 700lm vs the CFL which were 998lm per lamp, so 700lm vs 1996lm.
